1. Reduced price for the rooms for the dates of the event: $349/night for regular room and $399/night for a suite (taxes excluded) - this about 30% off the price at that time of the year. The suites can accommodate up to 4 people with a sofa bed. The suite features a living room that can be used for meetings. Each room features a workspace and has a little kitchenette. Suites also have a balcony.

2. Extended stay option: Possibility to book at the same price earlier / longer that Thursday / Friday for folks who would want to come early / leave late

3. Family welcome: No surcharge for children 17 and under for those who will come as a family

4. Charge up for the New York City day: more than 50% discount on breakfast buffet at $15/pp/day (taxes and gratuity included)
